Shwejga Mullah has arrived in Malta for treatment on burns she suffered at the hands of the Gaddafi family
A woman who was scalded by a member of the Gaddafi family has arrived in Malta for treatment for her injuries.
Shwejga Mullah, an Ethiopian nanny for the Gaddafi family, suffered major burns when Hannibal Gaddafi's wife Aline threw boiling water over her when she refused to discipline a child.

Her whole body was covered in weeping scabs when she was discovered abandoned in a room at one of the family's luxury seaside villas in western Tripoli last month, reportedly too sick and weak to leave.
She landed on the island yesterday afternoon after a chartered flight from Misrata that was funded by the Maltese government.
She was immediately taken to the Mater Dei Hospital in the town of Msida for her treatment to begin.
The attack on Ms Mullah, 30, made headlines around the world.
She told CNN last month she came from her home country to work as a nanny for the couple's young daughter and son a year ago.
She explained how model Aline lost her temper when her daughter wouldn't stop crying and Mullah refused to beat the child.
Recalling the incident she said: 'She took me to a bathroom. She tied my hands behind my back, and tied my feet. She taped my mouth, and she started pouring the boiling water on my head.
There were maggots coming out of my head, because she had hidden me, and no one had seen me.'
CNN reporter Dan Rivers said that when he walked in the room, he thought she was wearing a hat because her injuries were so bad.
'Then the awful realisation dawned that her entire scalp and face were covered in red wounds and scabs, a mosaic of injuries that rendered her face into a grotesque patchwork.
'Her chest, torso and legs are all mottled with scars -- some old, some still red, raw and weeping. As she spoke, clear liquid oozed from one nasty open wound on her head'.

A guard eventually took her to a hospital, where she received some treatment but when Aline found out, he was threatened with imprisonment if he dared to help her again.
'When she did all this to me, for three days, she wouldn't let me sleep,' Ms Mullah said.
'I stood outside in the cold, with no food. She would say to staff, 'If anyone gives her food, I'll do the same to you.' I had no water - nothing.'
